Live AI avatar

A face and a voice
for your website.

Defne greets your visitors, listens, and answers out loud from what you've taught it, in real time. Made from a single photo, added with a single line of code.

Nothing listens until you press Start. Tested in English and Turkish.

Still preview. The live version moves and talks in the demo.

From idea to talking avatar in five steps

  1. 1

    Choose a character

Start from a ready-made avatar or upload a clear, front-facing photo you have the right to use.

  2. 2

    Customize

Name, role, greeting, voice, language and how it should talk.

  3. 3

    Add knowledge

Paste your FAQs, hours and policies. Defne answers from them and says when it doesn't know.

  4. 4

    Preview

Talk to your draft in Studio before anyone else can.

  5. 5

    Embed

Copy one script tag. Approve the websites that may use it, and change them any time.

One photo becomes a live face

Defne finds the landmarks of a face in your photo and animates it right in the visitor's browser: jaw, lips and blinks follow the voice as it speaks. It's an animated photograph, not a deepfake video or a 3D scan, so it stays light and private. The photo never leaves Defne's own storage.

Real conversation, not a phone tree

Visitors speak naturally and can interrupt at any time. A realtime speech-to-speech model hears them and answers in its own voice, without a text-to-speech relay, and the avatar's mouth moves with that audio. Prefer typing? That works too, with captions throughout.

One snippet, any site you approve

<script src="https://defne.ceylan.world/embed.js"
        data-project="prj_…" async></script>

Works anywhere you can add a script: plain HTML, WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, React. Move to a new domain by approving it in Studio; the snippet stays the same.

Honest by design

  • Always introduced as an AI avatar.
  • No microphone, camera or sound before the visitor chooses to start.
  • No recordings and no stored transcripts by default.
  • Photo avatars require the owner to confirm they have consent to use that face.
